TERMS AND CONDITION

Order Form



Order form once submitted will serves as an agreement, within you, as the buyer, and I as the seller, which is equivalent on following the terms and condition stated here:



*That once the items have been reserved by filling up the order form cannot be cancelled.



*Cancellation of orders without a valid reason (like she is no longer interested after 3 days), will be automatically placed on the bogus buyer album and officially banned site. So better be sure on what you have ordered to avoid conflicts. It is much better to extend the date of payment instead of not ordering it at all.



*Order form when filling up shall be completed all of the required fields.

 

The Items:



*That once item has been delivered and received by the consignee, I have no longer liable to any damages occurred by the fault of the buyer, especially when the items have no defects upon receiving it.



*The Mickey Mp3s has NO WARRANTY. Unless stated that it has. We assured that the gadgets before delivery has worked properly. The purchaser is the one liable for repair, etc.

*It is not valid for return once the consignee admits that it is not defected. It is nor refundable, non exchangeable. The validity of exchange will be valid when it is defected on the whole part once accepted.

*Any unreasonable causes of defects after the admission will never be accepted. The liability of any kind will be on the part of purchaser, not I anymore.

Wholesale:




The wholesale price will be applied on ordering 6 pieces above.

I usually gave a 20% discounts.



You can use the following methods for payment:

* BPI Deposit

* Chinabank Deposit


The transaction fee will always be shouldered by the buyer.



I will do a confirmation once that the payment has been received.

*Shipping fee will again, be shouldered by the buyer unless stated free.



*Shipping Fees have different amount depending on your location. You can use the rate calculator for you to know the exact amount of shipping fee to be paid according to your area. Please be inform that I am located here in Malabon.



*The courier services will provide as the tracking that shall be checked on the following day after its delivery (except Sunday). Or you can call the Xend or Air21 hotline to know the condition of your parcel.



*The client MUST patiently wait for the arrival of his items. Do not blame me if there are some delays on your parcel because I have no longer connection to them upon its delivery. The delivery may take 2-3days most likely when your item has its high value. It usually took 3 days on their warehouse.

*I am no longer liable for any damages occurred upon its delivery as I have no longer control with the airway vehicle such as loss, accident, etc.


Pre-order:

THE ARRIVAL:

 * Fill-up the order form if you are 101% sure on your order. I will not accept the order from chat and text conversation.

* Result of the form that you have filled up will be forwarded on the e-mail address indicated on the form.

* Once receive, kindly reply to verify that all of the information is accurate and correct~

*It usually runs on a monthly procedure.



*The buyer must patiently wait for its arrival as it make took 2-3 weeks after payment confirmation.



*I will never give an exact date of arrival. I usually stated that it may arrive during first week of the month, etc. because I have no idea whether when the items will be shipped out by the manufacturer.



*The Geo med will provide me the tracking number that might be checked on the courier services site that they have used. I will also inform you the tracking number so that you can help me to track the parcel as well.



Reservation:



*It is required to down pay to process your order and the remaining balance will be paid upon the text confirmation that lenses has arrived.



*It may be 50% or 350pesos depending on my price offer.



*We cannot replaced the wrong order once forwarded in Geo Med. So better do confirmation.



*I cannot advice everyone the grades that might be suitable for your eyes. It is advisable to check your eye specialist first especially for those who have astigmatism (nearsightedness) before purchasing.


*I am not liable for any damages and irritation that it causes your eyes or you have ordered the improper grades.

Wholesale:

All prices are fixed, with freebies, as written on the pricelist..

All errors shall be reported within 5 days after receiving your parcel, unless, no reports received will be considered clear and correct..

BULK ORDERS:

SHIPMENT:


That will patiently wait for their orders, as I, has no longer control with airway vehicle, that will be delivering your lenses!






REPLACEMENT:

1. Everyone is entitled for such replacement, as long as the lens that you bought from us is defective. I am in need of your cooperation.

2. Our manufacturer is willing to replace the lenses which is found uncomfortable to use or has damage, including the discoloration.

3. The client must patiently wait for the arrival of the next batch after such defectiveness has been reported.

4. WE CAN ONLY REPLACE THE SAME MODEL AND THE SAME GRADES OF THE DEFECTIVE LENS.

5. The client must return the lens back from us through shipping or meet-ups on the possible area(I am from Malabon) before such replacement be done. This will serves as an evidence that we will forward to the company.

6. We can only replace but we cannot refund the money.

7. It must be reported immediately before the on-going batch cut-off. Or else, the replacement will be valid on the next spree.

8. Change of mind does not cover the replacement.

9. The exchange also does not cover the negligence and fault by the buyer.

Additional Information:

Health is more important than beauty so that we must handle it with proper wear and care.

Remember: Do not touch the lenses without cleaning your hand with soap and water. Make sure that there is no surface of soap, lotion, or cosmetics on your hand before touching the lenses.

Geo and Japanese Big Eye is made of a very soft materials to become comfortable on your eyes. So that make sure that you use it with proper handling to avoid breakage especially for those who have long nails.

Please be sure to drop your eyes with an eye lubricant or your all in one solution to avoid dryness that might cause inflammation.

We are not held liable for any irritations due to improper usage :)

But I will assure that what you have purchased is packed in vials(not in a blister packs), AUTHENTIC and can be verified on the Geo Site!!!


RESELLERS/BULK ORDER TERMS AND CONDITION


1. The “Reseller’s Price” will be applied for those who ordered 6 pairs and above, the “Special Dealer Price” for orders of 40-69 pairs while the “The Bulk Order Price” will only applied if you will order 70 pairs and above.
ALL PRICES ARE SET TO BE FINAL AND ALREADY DOWN TO ITS LOWEST COST!

2. The reseller shall submit their order on or before the cut-off respectively unless, orders received after the scheduled deadline will not be processed.


3. Resellers have to down pay of at least 50% of the total amount. 75% of the total amount shall be settled by the special dealer while full payment is required for the bulk order.

4. All of the orders shall be submitted by mail. I will no longer accept orders through chat or text conversations. Do not blame us if your order has not arrived due to not filling up your order form

ARRIVAL:

1. When the parcel has arrived at the BOC, the shipment will proceed within two working days. Kindly inform your buyer that the arrival will be 3 days after our shops ETA.

2. Drop shipping is allowed but it is no longer free of charge. Additional fee shall be required depending on the location of the consignee. NOTE: Drop shipping will only applied for the fully paid clients.

3. If the shipment has been done and there is a delay, please be aware that I have no longer connection with the airway vehicle that will deliver your parcel on your doorstep. Blame it the door to door service, not to us.

4. Photos of your parcel and list of the missing lenses will be forward to your mail after shipment.



5. If there is a defective lens, it shall be reported immediately within 5 working days. If there is no report received within 5 days, your orders will be considered accurate and correct.

6. No refund will made but we allow replacement because this is considering the liability of the manufacturer, but please take note that:

a. That the replacement for the defective lenses will be effective on the on going spree. We cannot replace it from our on-hand stocks.
b. The client shall return the lenses back from us to consider your order as replacements.
c. That the lenses to be replaced are SAME GRADE and SAME MODEL/COLOR ONLY.


7. MEET-UPS FOR THE LENSES SHALL BE MADE ONLY BY THE FIRST SATURDAY AFTER THE ARRIVAL EXCEPT WHEN THE PARCEL JUST ARRIVED ONLY BY FRIDAY. Handling fee is required.
a. If the parcel release from the BOC on Friday, the meet-ups will be done on Sunday afternoon.

NOTE: YOU CAN ALSO PICK UP THE LENSES ON OUR HOME ADDRESS IF YOUR CLIENTS IS ALREADY EAGER TO YOUR LENSES.

8. The meet-up locations are in Malabon area, Monumento or Trinoma.

9. IF YOUR ORDERS ARE OUT OF STOCK, OUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

a. Allow cancellation and refund the 100% of your downpayment through bank deposit and 99%(1% of your payment will be used for the transaction fee) of your downpayment through gcash only.
b. Include your order/s to the next spree.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS IS NOT ALLOWED DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND OF THE BUYER.
ON-HAND STOCKS FOR RESELLER:

1. The prices of the on-hand stocks for the resellers are different to the reseller’s price of the pre-order.
2. If you order 40 pairs and up which is qualified to become special dealer, any additional from my onhand stocks will not considered the same from the SD prices. Reseller’s On-hand Price will be applied.
3. Everyone can resell my on-hand stocks but the pre-order promos cannot be applied.
